My experiences with mechanics has honestly not been great.. I was nervous taking my bus to a new shop and I am thrilled to say I am happily surprised with R&B! Ryan is a very patient and informative gentleman who took the time to break down my diagnosis on the catastrophe scale. Alternator went out few miles from this shop at 1AM. Got a hotel and limped it in at 730. Knowing I was in a bind and from out of town they were fair priced and did a great job replacing the alternator. HONEST and GREAT service. Had me back in the road before 11a. They were great knowing I was in a rush!!!
